This display case is being used inside the historic Spermaceti Cove Lifesaving Station No. 2, located within the Sandy Hook Unit of Gateway National Recreation Area, a national park. Poster visual displays inside the building depict the history of the Life Saving Service, the precursor to the U.S. Coast Guard, and one in particular highlights an article from National Geographic featuring our Life Saving Station. We obtained a copy of the original magazine and wanted to display it under the image from the magazine. It looks terrific!

There are two little pieces for the magazine holder to go into but, they are too big for the magazine case. It came with two pieces of tape/rubber that I think go in to fill the space but I am not certain how they work and there are no directions.

I bought my display case for a football program I was gifted. My father was a college football player in the early 1950's. He played professionally on a few games. He passed in 2022. It's displayed on my mantle. 😊
