This page is intended to provide you, our customer, with as accurate as possible information about how long it will take for you to receive your order from us, using the normal free shipping option included with every order on our website. Free shipping applies only to ground shipping to the 48 continental U.S. states. If you desire shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote.
If you are ordering something for a special event (like a birthday). Please allow sufficient time for the case to arrive about a week ahead of time so that we will have time to resend anything -- if there is a problem.
We now ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia and a number of other countries as well. If shipping outside the USA you should see in your cart a detailed breakdown of the shipping, customs, taxes and fees.
If you are able to purchase a product on our website, that means we have it in stock. We will ship it to you either the same or the next business day after your order is placed.
You can see from the map below how long it will take to arrive.
Our warehouse is in Ocean Isle Beach, NC and that's where we ship from. You can see from the map above that generally if you are located within about 250 miles of our location you should receive your display case the very next day after shipped. So, it's basically free overnight shipping if you are close to us.
[I say "display case" because if you ordered a small item (like a small wall mount) that will ship via USPS and it will take an extra day when shipped to a location East of the Mississippi. Further west and it's about the same (or even faster) than what is shown on the UPS Map.]
On the other hand, if you are in Northern California, Oregon or Washington State it will take 5 business days for your display case to arrive.
On our website, everyone gets the same 5 business day shipping notification. But, as you can see, it's usually less than that; often much less.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: We do not encourage express shipping (like guaranteed overnight, next day, etc) services because of the additional cost we have to pass along to you. Normally, the cost is more than you would think (even with our discounted shipping rates). Also, there is always the risk of damage in shipment. If that happens, as always, we'll send you a replacement for the broken piece. The problem is that if you have paid for express shipping, you probably need the item fast, and now you've paid that extra money and still don't have an undamaged case in time. There is a small risk of damage in shipping. Still it does happen sometimes.
