Sometimes our display cases break on their journey. If you receive a broken display case you DO NOT NEED TO RETURN IT! We prefer that you send us a photo of your broken display case to customerservice@betterdisplaycases.com and we will send you a FREE replacement.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! The best way to start your return or exchange process is to reach out to us at customerservice@betterdisplaycases.com to initiate the process. 

If you would like to initiate the return process yourself, please pack the return just as it was shipped to you as this will reduce the chances of damage during the return shipping.  You can ship the item back using whichever carrier you prefer.  Please ensure whichever carrier you choose provides insurance as we cannot give a full refund if the case is damaged in return shipping.  In that case we would send you pictures so you can make a claim with your carrier.
