Buckles and Barrels for Bailey

"Buckles and Barrels for Bailey" is a charity rodeo event that started in 2011 for Bailey. The barrel race was established at the South Point Casio Equestrian Center in Las Vegas, Nevada to raise funds for the Las Vegas Spring Valley Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that helped save Bailey's Life.

Five years later "Because of Bailey" was established to help families with travel expenses, medical bills, and special needs equipment for terminally ill children.

This year, the charity ordered a case from us that will hold a hat autographed by professional cowboys.  The cowboy hat will be auctioned off in their silent auction.

The numerous signatures on the hat in the image above belong to Joe Baumgartner, Scott Mendes, Hollywood Don Yates, Justin Andrade , Wes Cyr, Donny Sparks, Chris Littlejohn, Terry Don West, Gary Reichert among others. All were in the National Rodeo Finals.

Most were bull riders.  But one, Joe Baumgartner, is a Hall of Fame bull fighter/rodeo clown. Baumgartner rode the circuit for 20 years and retired in 2011. Over his career as a bull/fighter he faced thousands of bulls. He won the PRCA Bullfighter of the Year Award 4 times in a row (2004-2007); the first four years it was given and entered the Hall of Fame in 2013.

The case and hat will will be sold in a silent auction at the event, and If you would like to donate to "Because of Bailey" or attend the "Buckles and Barrels for Bailey" event just follow this link here for more information.

Stay safe dodging those bulls!
